How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?

No, we don't ship internationally. All products are available only in Egypt.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, we do not offer order pickups. All orders are processed for shipping only.

How do I exchange an item?

You cannot exchange an item directly. You must first return the item and then purchase the new one. Please refer to our detailed policy here for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa or MasterCard), Meeza cards, Wallets (like Vodafone Cash) and COD (Cash on delivery).

How can I pay cash on delivery?

To pay cash on delivery for your order, simply select the "Cash on Delivery Shipping " shipping option during the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you can pay the total amount in cash to the delivery agent when your order is delivered to you.

Why can't I see the Cash on Delivery option?

The cash on delivery option is only available with "Cash on Delivery Shipping " shipping method. Please ensure that you have selected this shipping option during checkout to see the cash on delivery option. If you still can't see it, please contact our customer support for assistance.
