Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 IO Board

The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 IO Board is the official development and integration platform for the new CM5. Designed to make prototyping and product integration easy, it provides full access to the CM5’s powerful interfaces in a familiar Raspberry Pi-style layout.

This IO board brings out the complete set of CM5 peripherals, including dual full-size HDMI 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet with PoE+ support, USB 3.0 ports, M.2 PCIe socket, 40-pin GPIO header, DSI/CSI connectors, and even a dedicated power button. With support for external 5V USB-C power and a compact 160 × 90 mm form factor, it’s ideal for both industrial and embedded applications.

The board works with the full range of Raspberry Pi CM5 modules and is also available as an open reference design in KiCad, making it an excellent choice for engineers in Egypt looking to develop CM5-based systems.
