Product Description
The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 Passive Cooler is an official heatsink designed to improve heat dissipation and enhance CPU performance. Made from high-quality aluminum with pre-fitted thermally conductive silicone, it ensures efficient cooling by directly coupling to the CM5 CPU, wireless module, and power management chip.
This cooler also provides mechanical protection for your Compute Module 5 and can be used with the CM5 IO Board. It fits inside the Compute Module 5 IO Case (note: the IO case fan must be removed for compatibility).
Built for reliability, this cooler will remain in production until at least January 2036, making it a long-term solution for your projects.
